Warranty Terms
- Proof of purchase is required for all claims. Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
- Warranty is void if:
- Product is misused or tampered.
- Damage is caused by water impurities, plumbing errors, or improper installation.
- Non-recommended cleaners or chemicals are used.
- Product has not been used for over 6 months.
- Product is misused or tampered.
- If warranty is void, the customer pays for technician visits and any parts.
- Warranty does not cover taxes, duties, or other local charges.
Care and Cleaning Tips
- Always use the cleaning solutions on a hidden area before directly applying in to the entire surface.
- Don’t use harsh cleaners and ensure that they don’t come closer with harsh cleaners.
- Use a little bit of soap to clean the surface and wash with a wet cloth properly and then dry with a soft cloth. Drying after each use helps prevent limescale buildup.
- Never use solvents, acidic cleaners, limescale removers, household vinegar and cleaners that contain acetic acid to prevent damage to the suraface.
- Use a soft cloth which is somewhat wet or a sponge, and don’t use abrasive materials like brush or scouring pad.
- For products with a gold or platinum finish, use only warm water and dry with a soft cloth.
Don’t use cleaners containing abrasives, ammonia, bleach, acids, wax, alcohol, or any othe solvent that are not suggested for chrome or PVD finishes. If you do this it will void the warranty.
